  • 1.  Using multiple "event in a box" for 1 event

    Posted 03-14-2024 11:15

    Hi,

We are running an event where we have two arrival points/ two hotels where we want to print badges. If we have two event in a box's could we use them at different locations for the same event?

    Thanks

We have used two boxes side by side for an event ... they are both an individual set so in theory ... I would be interested to hear the Cvent response too!

Yes you can.  We've done this on more than one occasion and it works fine.  We ensure that the ipads synch so we can see the total number of people that have checked in regardless of location.

    HI Cara,

Heather is right! You can use two Event in a Boxes at different locations, you'll just need to make sure you're logged into the same event through OnArrival. Each event in a box will have it's own router and printers, so you'll need to make sure you're connected to the right IP Address in order to print badges at the specific location. Make sure to continously sync the ipads so you can see the updated numbers that come in from each location.

    Thank you!
