    Hi team, 

    We have our first webinar using Cvent this Wednesday and had a couple of questions regarding the recording. 

    1. Is the recording set-up automatically? Or will the host need to click "record". If so at what stage do we do this?
    2. Once the webinar has taken place where does the recording go and how can I access it so I can download and embed on our website

    Apologies for the delayed reply.

    In Cvent webinars, the recording setup is automatic for external streams.

    The stream is automatically recorded and can be set to remain available on-demand for 365 days post-webinar.
    For other types of sessions, the host needs to click "Record" in the Host Controls to record the session.

    After a webinar has taken place, the recording is stored in the Video Library, and you can access it to download and embed on your website.

    1. Access your Video Library by clicking the icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Videos" from the dropdown menu.
    2. Navigate to the Manage Storage page by clicking "Manage storage."
    3. Locate the video you want to download. Click the icon next to the video and select "Download."
    4. Once downloaded, you can embed the video on your website as needed.

    Note: Recordings can remain available on-demand for 365 days post-webinar.
