Apologies for the delayed reply.
In Cvent webinars, the recording setup is automatic for external streams.
The stream is automatically recorded and can be set to remain available on-demand for 365 days post-webinar.
For other types of sessions, the host needs to click "Record" in the Host Controls to record the session.

Preparing to Host a Virtual Session
After a webinar has taken place, the recording is stored in the Video Library, and you can access it to download and embed on your website.
- Access your Video Library by clicking the icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Videos" from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Manage Storage page by clicking "Manage storage."
- Locate the video you want to download. Click the icon next to the video and select "Download."
- Once downloaded, you can embed the video on your website as needed.
Note: Recordings can remain available on-demand for 365 days post-webinar.

We have our first webinar using Cvent this Wednesday and had a couple of questions regarding the recording.
- Is the recording set-up automatically? Or will the host need to click "record". If so at what stage do we do this?
