Hi Jess,
The feedback survey weblink was released earlier this year for basic surveys, so what you are looking for is possible. It is located within Marketing > Weblinks or if you are not seeing it, you can click on Create Link > Landing Page: Feedback Survey. It sounds like you have tried that already, but as long as you have enabled surveys as a feature within General > Event Features and selected basic vs. premium surveys (if you have both), then the Feedback Survey weblink will take you to the survey home page. There is just one overall survey hub weblink and when clicked, it will bring you to the survey home page which shows all of the surveys that attendees have access to take based on how you have set up the survey settings (ex: event registrants or event participants for the general feedback and then session registrants or session participants for the session feedback.) If you use a weblink, attendees will need to enter in their email address first in order to access their surveys and if you use a Cvent email with the {[E-SURVEY-LINK]} data tag, it will it will automatically recognize who the person is based on the email address and just bring them to the survey home page directly with no need to re-enter their email address. You can always choose to use a combination of both as well!

Subject: Weblink to Event Survey Outside of Survey Event Email
I have an event that would like to put a link to their event feedback survey into a QR code to show at the end of their presentation. I have tried generating a Feedback Survey Weblink in the Weblinks menu in the event, but that link only seems to direct me to the event Summary page instead of the survey homepage or the survey itself. I read this article about Accessing Your Survey Weblinks, and it sounds like event-level surveys can only be accessed via the Feedback Survey Event Email. Is that true? Is there a workaround to provide a link to the feedback survey to attendees outside of that email?
Thanks for your help!
