    • What are the biggest struggles or concerns you've observed among your event attendees?  Delivering sessions, seminars, and trainings that meet the expected difficulty level of our audience.  We often hear that attendees found the material either too basic or too advanced for their liking.
    • How do you currently gather insight into your customers' needs and preferences?  We do customer feedback surveys at the end of each event as well as customer surveys ahead of large events to learn what attendees are interested in learning.

    • How do you currently gather insight into your customers' needs and preferences?  Feedback surveys and making notes at the registration desk when they come up
