For Air Requests is there anyway to see the date of when they were approved?

Yes you can see this. If you go to:
Invitee Management>> Invitees and Registrants>> Search the invitee you need to view and click their name>> Under the Invitee Status Section, next to "status" you will see "View History", click that and it will pull up their status history and the day that it was changed.
