Completely off-topic, but I am desperate for a solid Company Store model that can handle both promo items and on-demand apparel (and printed marketing items would be a plus), doesn't charge ridiculous shipping charges, and doesn't require me to micro-manage my sales rep.
I'm unhappy with our current model, which is actually a SAGE store. I don't know if it's actually my rep, the SAGE store, or the rep's company Halo, but it is not running like a well-oiled machine, and I feel like I have to babysit every order and invoice, as we seem to constantly have issues. The latest is an employee who placed an order on December 2 and is asking where his apparel order is (today is December 27). Other issues have revolved around really high shipping charges, being invoiced for something already paid for by an employee, etc.
If you have a turnkey company store that you love... PLEASE let me know!!!!! There HAS to be a good option out there!!!
