If I could get feedback on the set up and use of using Cvent appointments at tradeshows for the use of setting up appointments with customers and prospects with multiple meeting rooms. How does it work? Is it easy to train marketing and sales people on so they are able to access and set up their own appointments if they want. Does customers and prospects find it easy to use. In the past we have used spreadsheets that don't work well.
