I hope you are well! Once you create your tables and assign the seats, you can add a data tag to a Cvent email in order to communicate the seating assignments to the registrants. Once you are in your email, navigate to Insert > Data Tag Selection > Search for Table > Click the arrow to the left of Table Assigned > You will see your specific tables > Select the tables you wish to add to the email > Click OK > Complete your email and send when ready.
