Standard login is 20 minutes. If you are idle for more than 20 minutes at a time, you will be logged out and have to log back in. A Product Consultant or your Client Success Consultant has the ability to change this to 60 minutes if you'd like; however, this will change for all users in your account as well. Additionally, if you are collecting credit cards through the travel credit card form, we cannot extend your login to 60 minutes, due to the secure information that is being collected in your account.
If you'd like to make the switch, please submit written consent through a support case or an email to your Client Success Consultant.
