  • 1.  Hotel room unavailable error - can it tell you which date is unavailable?

    When the room block is full, you get an error message stating "A hotel room is not available for the dates you have requested."  Is it possible to have it specify which dates are not available?  For instance, I have rooms available in the main block, but one of the shoulder nights is full.  How is the attendee supposed to know what nights they can/cannot request?

    Hi Stacy,

    You can certainly display the Room Availability by Night on the Hotel Request Form.
    You can edit this setting under:
    Event Details > Travel > Hotel Accommodations > "Hotel Request Setup" (top left) > Edit > Room Rates & Availability: Yes > Save.

    This will display a room availability chart per night.
