Is there a way to send a client a live link for the abstract submissions report? It would be nice to give my client a link that he can open at anytime to see how the submissions are coming in. Otherwise, it looks like I have to download in excel and forward a report everytime?

Have you explored using the Portals feature to share report data with those who do not have a Cvent login? You can add the client as a Portal User, save the Abstract report, add the report to the Portal, then the client can log in and view the associated report.
