how do i add a custom navigation icon that is not currently in crowd compass and change the colors to match the theme

When you add a new navigation icon, click on the image (if it's totally new, it'll appear with a red question mark inside a box). Once the dialog opens, you can select from a whole host of pre-created icons (that are also in an array of styles) or upload your own!

Under Design, Navigation Icons and select Add Navigation Icon at the bottom. After creating it, it will show up as a red question mark inside a box - click this. The pre-created icons will show up in the current color theme or you can upload your own.

upload your own icon, then you an edit the color themes. it can copy the theme from the icon or you can  imput hte theme to the icon

You should be able to create your own icon and upload it.

You will need to either design a custom icon set or use one of the tintable sets provided by Crowd Compass:

Tinted Icon Packs
Customize the color of tintable icon packs in the Backgrounds and Colors menu.

I would have your design team create a custom icon in the color scheme and then you can upload that.
