    How does the mapping works for email opt in and email opt out  from salesforce to CVent?

    We have found that it doesn't translate. Cvent are there own emails and when someone opt outs from the emails, it is just for that event (we make sure the wording says that). We pull our lists from Salesforce so we don't upload any do not emails, but when someone opts out of an email in Cvent, it is only for that event.

    It does not work very well.  We pull our lists from Sales Force and compare them with Cvent list before we send.
