    How do I email a receipt to someone who made an offline payment by paying with check on the day of the event?

    Hey Jenney,

    You would have to recod the offline payment first under the invitee record (if not already) and then you can send the email reciept.

    Here are the steps:
    Go to:
    Event > Invitee Management > Invitees & Registrants > Click on the person's name > Orders & Payments > Actions (top right) > Submit Payment:

    • Type: Offline - Record a payment that has been (or will be) made through an offline payment method
    • Method: Check
    • Payment Date: Use the event date when the invitee gave you the check
    • Reference number: Check number
    • Hit Submit (top right) > Close
    Now, you are back on the Orders & Payments screen, click on the Actions button (top right) > Email This Page

    You can also add a comma (,) sign there and mention your email address as well so you are CC'd on the reciept email.
