You would have to recod the offline payment first under the invitee record (if not already) and then you can send the email reciept.
Here are the steps:
Go to:
Event > Invitee Management > Invitees & Registrants > Click on the person's name > Orders & Payments > Actions (top right) > Submit Payment:
- Type: Offline - Record a payment that has been (or will be) made through an offline payment method
- Method: Check
- Payment Date: Use the event date when the invitee gave you the check
- Reference number: Check number
- Hit Submit (top right) > Close
Now, you are back on the Orders & Payments screen, click on the
Actions button (top right) > Email This PageYou can also add a comma (,) sign there and mention your email address as well so you are CC'd on the reciept email.Here is the article link to
