Hello Suchada,
This seems urgent!
Please go the top of Cvent and click
Admin.
Next, click on
Users then click on the User you would like to edit or delete. On the top you will see
Edit, Delete, Copy User, Close and & Change Password.
You can also change Active to No if you don't want to make any changes right away, which will also help secure your Cvent account.
Also, if you do not see Users in your Admin page, then you do not have access to make any changes and will need to have the Administrator within you company make the changes.
