A registrant entered in her email address wrong and has not received her confirmation email because of it. How do I change her email address? I've gone to Invitee Management - Manage - Invitees & Registrants and clicked on her name. Once I click edit, the field does not become available for me to actually edit. Help!

Happy New Year.

In order to change the email you will actually need to go to Contacts and edit the email in their profile there (not on the event level).



The Contacts can be found next to the Admin button.

I know this is old, but I leave it for anyone that might have this question in the future.

You can actually change the email address at the event level. Just go to Invitee Management - Manage - Invitees & Registrants as you did before and click on the attendees name, but then instead of clicking on "Edit", click on "Actions"- "Edit Contact Information".
