    I would like to run a report based on total room nights but the total listed is 0.  I am trying to find out how to capture total room nights and average rate.  Where can this info be entered?

    the most common place to track this would be in the Cvent budget module.  Depending on how your account is set up, you can capture some great hotel spend information including first offer to contracted rates to track savings and use the actuals column to enter room rates and total rooms.  If your block contains multiple room types, you can create different line items to break out the different rates/number of rooms.
