    We think there is a way to do this, and I still plan to do research, but thought I would ask on the forum, too.

    You can set up a registrant checklist alert under Promotion & Communication. This will allow someone to whom you email a link to view - and if you allow - mark participants at either the event or session level.

    Hi Thomas,

    The OnArrival check-in app allows for multiple devices to be logged in under the same username. A lot of customers will repurpose one of their Cvent logins to be a more generic "onsite staff" login that allows for OnArrival check-in access across all devices onsite.
