Just to clarify - what exactly do you mean by "office hours"? When the hotel sales office is open? There isn't a particular place in the venue profile to add this information but I would recommend including the information in the Venue Description area or the Additional Information area of the proifle. To edit the Venue Description and Additional Information fields, you would need to log into your account and click on the
Venues tab on the top blue bar to choose the venue you want to edit. Select the venue and then click on the
Venue Details section link on the left-hand side of the page. Click the
Edit grey button. Scroll down to the middle and you will see the Venue Description and Additional Information text boxes. I hope this helps!
