looks like I already voted for it. :)
I may have multiple admissions with included sessions. Those included sessions are shared with multiple admissions so it is possible for the session to hit capacity making that admission not available.
My workaround has been to create a waitlist admission which confuses people thinking that they are registered for something.

This functionality to have an admission item specific waitlist does not currently exist. Waitlists are available for the overall event level (enabled on the registration path level) and the individual optional session level:
