Hi Gemma-
I would suggest using the account level data-tags for content that would be the same and periodically is updated across events. I am not sure how much formatting you do when you are copying and pasting, but here is where you need to go to set one up:
Admin > Account > General > Custom Data TagsOnce you are there, click on the Create Custom Tag button in the right hand corner of the section. You can do either a simple text or a content block. The Simple Text doesn't contain any formatting. The Content Block allows for HTML formatting--but you need to make sure that when these are placed in a FLEX event that the data-tag is displayed correctly. I would place it in your templates and maybe in a live event to make sure that it look right.

We often need to make updates to content in multiple live events and at the moment we are just copying and pasting into each event. We do use templates but sometimes events have already launched.
