    Hello- Does Cvent provide technical support during a simulive virtual event on your platform? If so, is anything included or is there a fee for any services available? Thank you!

    Greetings Leigh,

    For Admin Users we do have 24/7 Customer Support for Attendee Hub if you need immediate help with managing a virtual session's settings. Normally for Simu live sessions we as users can upload the recording directly in the Video Settings tab of the session (up to 5GBs) and set a custom thumbnail image as well. The session will play at the designated session start time just as if it were a real live session to the viewers in the hub.

    If you have LIVE sessions using Cvent Video Conferencing with Zoom or our Advanced Production Service we would scope out and allocate Cvent Support Team members at an additional cost, to help with those live sessions to ensure they are a success. I recommend reaching out to your Cvent account team for more information about our Professional Services options for virtual events based on the type of sessions: Live, Pre-recorded, Simu live, or Collaborative (multiple communication using Zoom).
