  • 1.  Clear Import Queue?

    I am trying to import some updates for a list of contacts. I first attempted to upload them in Chrome, but there was an error (for some reason in Chrome, I cannot import contacts OR manually send emails without getting an error message - but that is a different topic!). So I logged in on another browser and tried to import a few more times, but  the status of the original import is "Initializing"-which appears to be blocking the rest of them. Does anyone know how I can clear out the import queue?

    I hope you are well! This sounds like a task that our Technology Team will have to review and clear the import for you. Can you confirm if this is still occurring? If so, I can escalate to the team on your behalf.

    Thanks, Danni. The import finally went through, so I guess whatever was holding it up has been cleared!
