In our invitation to exhibit at our virtual conferences, we use the following language:
Exhibitor Page: $(base amount) / Conference
• Page on the Attendee Hub website available shortly before, during and after the conference
• Company Description & Website, Contact Information, Social Media Links
• Downloadable Flyers and Attachments
• Contact Us feature for attendees to request more information (this generates a lead report you can retrieve after the conference)
• This does NOT include a live virtual meeting space
Exhibitor Virtual Booth: $(double the amount) / Conference
• All the benefits of the exhibitor page noted above PLUS…
• Dedicated booth hours for attendees to visit you in a virtual exhibit booth meeting room. In addition, you are welcome to meet with attendees in your virtual booth during all conference hours if you wish.
• Door Prize Drawing - Each time an attendee joins a virtual booth, they will be entered in a door prize drawing. To further incentivize attendees to visit your booth, we encourage Virtual Booth Exhibitors to provide a prize to be included in the drawing.
We also include screenshots of the Attendee Hub and how it looks. Different features might be available depending on if you're using the Appointment add-on or not.
