  • 1.  Setting up Hotel Room Request in Event

    I am in the process of building my reg. site and this keeps showing up in the hotel request portion. How can I get rid of it? 


    I don't want the registrant to be able to customize their room.

    Hi there! Click on Air Travel, under Event Details. This is where you can select which information invitees can enter on air requests. You can deactivate the features that you don't want available!

    Forget my first reply :). For the accommodation, go in the site designer and click on your Hotel Request. In the menu at your right, you'll find Customize under Display settings. You should be able to deactivate some features there. Hope that helps!
