Hi Renee,
I believe you'll need to run a cross event report to access this information in a tidy report rather than an total expenses report that you would have to then sort by vendor. Create a custom cross event report and sort by vendor

Or, create your own cross event report: https://support.cvent.com/apex/CommunityArticle?id=000002561
Once you've determined which report or created your own custom cross event report.
Run it and don't forget to sort it by vendor.
