  • 1.  Timeout for Meeting Request Forms

    Hello, 

    Is there a timeout limit set for Meeting Request Forms in the new Portals (Basic, not Premium)? Because we don't have Access Portal Premium, requesters will not be able to save their progress. I know there is a limit for Flex Registration of 20 minutes. Is it the same for MRFs? Is there any way to modify the timeout limit?

    Hi Vivian,

    There is a time limit, but the good news is that you can adjust it. I have mine set to 60 minutes because we were in the same situation as you with the basic version.

    To adjust it, open up your access portal. On the first page of settings -- the Portal Details tab -- scroll down to the Portal Access section and adjust the setting there.

    Thanks. This setting will adjust the timeout for folks accessing the form from the Portal. Do you know if the timeout limit set here will also apply to folks who access the MRF from the stand-alone URL?
