Hi all, I am new to CVENT and just making sure that this is accurate? Volume discounts cannot be applied to quantity items in Flex events. Is there any way to set up a buy 2 get one free?

Hi Kate, 

You are correct that volume discounts are not available for quantity items. It's not as clean but you might be able to use a percentage discount of 33% with a 3 item threshold to emulate the discount. Alternatively, you could create a second optional item that's "Buy 2 Get 1 Free", where people technically by this one item that's actually 3 of your item with one free. Not as clean but might do the trick!
