    Hi Nicole,

I hope you are well! I am happy to assist here, but want to ensure I am understanding. When you say 'user,' are you referring to the other Cvent users on your account, or Requester Users for your account? Or are you referring to external users registering for your events?

Thanks in advance for any additional information!

I think it depends on who you're looking to get a response from on what. If it's something like a registration email you can run an email report and check the receipt on when they opened the email.

If you run an email rates by email report, you can see when an email was opened.  If you are looking to see how long it takes for them to actually register, I believe that is in a standard report, but if not, you can definitely add this to a custom report to see the date/time they registered.

    Hi Nicole,

I'm reading your question to mean that you would like to see how long each person spends going through your registration process?  I don't believe there is anything directly timing this but you could use data pulled from both an email report that shows the time your link was clicked and combine it with a financial report that shows what time a transaction was made. For example, if someone clicked the link to register at 11:05AM and their transaction was finalized at 11:16AM, it took them 11 minutes to complete your registration.

If you needed to pull this information on a more regular basis, you might need to reach out to the Cvent team to see if there is a more efficient way to do it. But the above would work to give you an estimate of how long people are spending on your registration pages.
