I attended an in-person event where we all drew a number. We were then assigned to a table that had a (small) bottle of vodka. In the center of the room, there were various beverage glasses, tinctures, herbs, fruit, spices, etc. we had to come up with a mixed drink along with a story. The best tasting and most appealing in appearance won a gift. It was a great team-building, ice breaker experience!

Subject: Let's talk "Year-end Parties"
Happy Monday everyone! Let's start with this week's Huddle of the Week discussion!
The clock is ticking towards the beginning of a new year, and we can only think of year-end parties. We have been truly inspired by how the event and hospitality professionals took a more creative and innovative approach to plan, host & support events this year. From safety considerations to experimenting with new themes, new ideas, and event formats simply woo-ed our event-driven hearts. As excited as we are in our heads right now, we want to know your plans for year-end parties with equal enthusiasm!
Here are some quick questions for you:
- What type of exciting/interesting events are you hosting, or your venue is supporting towards the end of the year?
- Any out-of-the-box ideas to break the cliché that corporate events are mostly designed with a serious traditional approach?
Share your thoughts with us, and let's all raise a toast to that virtually through Cvent Community. Cheers!
