  • 1.  Virtual Lobby image size for Crowdcompass app

    Hello,
    The image size provided for crowdcompass when using a virtual lobby says it should be 2000 x 2000 pxs. This image is huge when we view it! To the point I have can only see the corner of our virtual lobby ceiling. What image size should I really be using?? Even when we reduce it to 1000 x 1000 it is still way oversized. Thanks1

    As long as you're keeping it "Square" i.e. 2000 to 1000 it wouldn't change cause it'll still adapt to change. I would use the crowd compass graphics cheat sheet below, images often need to be landscape to accommodate the more portrait mode of a device or screen.

    • Mobile - 1242 x 2208 pixels
    • Tablet (Portrait) - 1536 x 2048 pixels
    • Tablet (Landscape) - 2048 x 1536 pixels
