  • 1.  Notifying presenters of their schedule

    Hoping to find someone with Conference session experience, how do you send accepted speakers their schedule to present? I see their sessions listed under their name in speakers, now how do I get that information (data tag?) into an email for each of them?

    Hi Eugenia,

    You can use the "Speaker Assignments" data tag to show a Table displaying the name, start date, start time, end date, and end time of all sessions assigned to the speaker.

    I created the email easily, using your data tag informatin.  But I have a new question... How do I create the list of presenters and send the email to them? where can I find out how to do that?
