  • 1.  OnArrival: purchasing multiple items

    Hi all!
    We have multiple optional items that we sell onsite.
    At one point we could easily click to purchase multiple items in On Arrival and then process a payment.
    Example: All optional items were listed and we could easily change the quantity on several items being purchased before we are prompted to collect payment.

    Now, we can only select one item at a time and then get prompt each time asking for payment. 
    Click on item A, add qty to 1, prompt comes up- are you sure you want to charge this, submit yes, then go back to another item and repeat.

    What setting is used to get back to being able to enter multiple items at once?

    Hi Terri,

    I hope you are well! If possible, would you be able to provide a screenshot of only being able to select one item at a time? By default, when accessing the "Shop" icon in OnArrival in a registrant's profile, you should see the full list of items and be able to select multiple at once.
