    Good morning,

    I am looking to find another customer who operates like us with incentive trips and would like to share best practices/challenges.
    Currently, our employees receive an invitation to an incentive trip and add their guest during registration. We are having issues with the new "Sessions" page when attendees modify their excursions as it changed drastically from Cvent Blue. Also, our guests (non-employees) have to receive a separate confirmation email with a guest legal document survey to electronically acknowledge as they do not register themselves. Lastly, we integrate with Concur and use multi-messenger. These incentive trips are anywhere from 100 people to 2,700 people per program and we host 10 a year.

    I am a Cvent power user and was a top 3 contestant for the SMM award a few years ago so I am very knowledgeable in all aspects of the tool.
