Great tips! The Cvent resources and community boards are very helpful not just for experienced users looking for a specific answer to a Cvent challenge - but also to our new staff, who are learning the best practices as they become familiar with the platform. Our team also takes advantage of all the available online training, for an in-depth view of building, managing, and reporting out events.

Subject: 7 Things you must know as a new community user for Cvent Event Diagramming
Hi there!
Welcome to the Cvent Community (once again). If you haven't had a chance to introduce yourself yet, go ahead and tell us all about you on our introductory post.
As a new member of this community, you may come across a lot of content here. That's why we are here to point you in the right direction to start exploring. Here's a list of things you can start with:
- Update your profile and interests: Click on My Profile in the Update your profile section on the homepage. You can add your information, profile picture as well as topics under Stated Interests. These topics will help you stay in the know on what's important to you.
- Subscribe to relevant community discussions: Go to My Profile, then under the My Settings tab, choose Forum Notifications. You can manage your email subscriptions from our community, and you can choose the personalized digest option (recommended)
- Join the conversation: Have a question for our Cvent experts or event planners? Or maybe you want to share best practice that has helped you get better results from your product. The Open Forum is the perfect place for you to network and crowdsource ideas as well as solutions.
- Ideas: Do you have an amazing product idea or update that we can work on? Share it with us in the Ideas tab and upvote the other ideas that you like!
- Product Training: Go to the Training tab and have a look at the FREE recommended courses for you through the online Cvent Academy.
- Knowledge Base: You can find helpful articles by navigating to the Knowledge Base tab and selecting Event Diagramming in the Getting Started
- Latest Product News: Find the latest Cvent product updates in the Product News
As your community manager, I'm here to help guide you to the right resources and provide the best opportunities you can leverage. If you have any questions or want to gather more resources, simply reply to this thread. You can also reach out to me at communitymanager@cvent.com if you face any issues with the community.
We can't wait to start learning from you – see you around!
