  • 1.  Preventing 'sold out' status for room blocks

    Hello!

    I am struggling to find a way to prevent my registrants from receiving the hotel sold out message if only one of the nights is at capacity. Example > a shoulder night with a small number of rooms sells out early and then people receive the hotel sold out message when other room nights are still available. Maybe I am missing something in the room block set up???? Thanks!

    I am not any help but I, too, had this problem. I do not think that people who register understand that is might only be one night that is sold out. It drives me crazy!

    I have my first registration where hotel rooms are inclusive. Total registrationis limited to 52 people.

    My issue has alwasy been attendees not selecting the correct check in and check out dates.

    I'll need to watch the registration closely.
