Hi Ridhima,
Our virtual events are always free, so the value proposition of the in-person event needs to be the more powerful one. I think we can achieve that goal by having hands-on learning, and actual networking, in a way that is difficult if not impossible to mimic online.

Subject: Hybrid events - how do you set your pricing for in-person vs virtual event components?
Hello all! It's time to kick off the next edition of the Huddle of the Week!
The flexibility of being able to attend an event either in-person or virtually has made hybrid events a win-win for both the audience and planner. Now that hybrid events look like they are here to stay, planners are working to identify how much these events should cost so they can price event registration accordingly. However, hosting both virtual and in-person events together doesn't mean that costs are automatically doubled.
With this thought in mind, let's hear from the event professionals and marketers, about:
- How do you price both the components of a hybrid event – in-person and virtual?
- How do you prioritize the virtual and in-person event elements while pricing tickets for both?
Let us know your thoughts below! #HuddleoftheWeek #VoiceIt
