Thanks Carl for the information. I wasn't aware to have it automatically updated the task to update speaker profile was needed. When I tested the build, if the speaker was tasked to update their profile, I could see if both headshot and bio was completed which is why I ended up setting the SRC where a task was assigned to upload the headshot and another task to upload their bio. I hope there's more development in the SRC in the near future (fingers crossed) as currently there are limitations that make it inefficient in my opinion. I opted not to do the "approval" process as with up to 100 speakers and limited staffing, it's hard to keep track of all notifications to then manually approve these.

Hi Jenn,
When using the SRC to manage your speaker profiles, the easiest way to do this may to be to allow the speakers to edit these directly. In the Site Settings tab under Speakers you are able to turn this feature on, which allows the Speakers to modify their profile directly using the Speaker Profile Widget. You can also require the changes to need approval first, which will all show up on the Speaker Resources Tab in the event under "Approvals" before being made available to the public.

Any one currently utilizing the Speaker Resource Center feature for speaker management? Would love to hear ideas on how you're managing the items that have been uploaded to the resource center (ie. headshot & bios). I'm currently having issues with the reports (have an open ticket that Cvent is investigating) but if there's no solution in the near future and having to do this manually, would love to hear best practices or tips.
