  • 1.  Invitee/Guest questions

    I have several questions that I only want to ask the Invitee and not the guest.
    Classic allowed visibility rules for Invitee and guest.

    My invitee has one reg type and guests have another.
    Guests are assigned their reg type automatically.

    When I choose to make the question visible only to attendee reg type, it's displayed to both,
    Since it's a new registration, I suspect the software doesn't know the guest has it's own reg type.

    Any workarounds?

    I created a possible workaround since every attendee has a source ID.
    Display the question if source ID is not blank.
    That will work on one path.

    I have 2 other paths that they won't have a source ID. Need to find something unique to invitees.

    And found something odd, using reg type = xx works for questions that are used on multiple paths.

    Edit: Nevermind. Those mulitple paths are not base don the admission item.

    Invitee is one reg type and guest is another.
    I've gone back and forth on this.
    Crazy that I can't select a particular admission item and have a question only appear for one reg type.
    I'm told is is working as designed,

    YET, I can select if source id  is not blank to make it work.
    I say it's a bug.
