  • 1.  Sessions with multiple presentations

I am trying to figure the best way to display/present on the event agenda a one hour session that has multiple presentations (20 min ea.) and speakers.  Here is an example:

    Monday, April 12th - 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Main Session Title: The Workplace in a Post COVID-19 World
9:00 - 9:20 am     The New Workplace by John Smith, CEO, Company B and Bob Jones, ED, Company B
9:20 - 9:40 am     The Stress of It All by Howard Day, Director, Clinic 2 and Dr. Joe Run, Clinical Director, Clinic One
9:40 - 10:00 am   What Happened to Our World by Sam Roy, Ph.D., M.D., and Gary Well, Director, No Name  Hospital

If I set each presentation up as separate session, it clutters the agenda.  Any thoughts, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated.

You could set up the Main session: The Workplace in a Post COVID-19 World as the agenda item and then put the rest under the description like this:
9:00 - 9:20 am - The New Workplace by John Smith, CEO, Company B and Bob Jones, ED, Company B
9:20 - 9:40 am - The Stress of It All by Howard Day, Director, Clinic 2 and Dr. Joe Run, Clinical Director, Clinic One
9:40 - 10:00 am - What Happened to Our World by Sam Roy, Ph.D., M.D., and Gary Well, Director, No Name  Hospital
