Cvent is excited to announce several new Cvent Supplier Network enhancements for meeting packages, proposal pricing, and tax information. We're revamped how meeting packages are managed in the proposal to better align with planner and supplier needs, so you can win more group/MICE business.
The following features are available as of January 15, 2020:
- Automatically calculated total costs for meeting packages and guest rooms, providing more clarity on proposal pricing for planners
- More specific tax information including the ability to indicate whether your rates include tax and which portions of the proposal the tax is applicable to – making taxes and rates more transparent to planners
- Ability to indicate whether your guest room rates include breakfast, so you can call out the amenities and extras, like complimentary breakfast, in your proposal
- Flexibility to determine whether to submit package pricing or itemized pricing -- planners will no longer be able to require you to submit package rates

Reminder: You can save default meeting package, estimated cost and tax information in Venues > Proposal Defaults. This means you can respond to planner RFPs faster because information for several standard fields auto-populates in all your proposals, saving you valuable time!
