    Dear Community,

    recently the "RFP preferences" were activated in our account and now we need to Approve the RFP before we can send it to the venues. 

    In the past we were able to send the RFP directly to the venues after we added them to the RFP.

    Who is facing the same issue? How did you solve this?
    is it possible to set up an auto-approval for all RFPs?

    There are a few levels of preferences which the article link below discusses, but it sounds like you are speaking to a more detailed set up that may involve user roles. 

    This change in your RFP Preferences sounds like something that our Customer Care Team can assist you in reviewing.
