    Has anyone used premium surveys for your events? We have many groups interested in this product especially for the ease on the planner side and awarding CEUs. Have you found any collateral (marketing materials, videos) that help in the decision making process?

    We use premium surveys and rely on them! As a behavioral health provider who conducts trainings and conferences, we use premium surveys to collect evaluation data for CEUs and for funder reports. They allow more question customization including ratings questions and allow you to build multiple surveys.

     

    We have found that we get higher participation with multiple short surveys and we use the visibility (logic).
