    This is not exactly a Cvent-related question but wondering if anyone has a streamlined process for CPE processing.  We are always struggling with sign-in sheets vs. mobile sign-in and ensure we submit in a timely fashion.  

    Any suggestions you can share will be helpful.

    Hi Allison, 

    From a Cvent perspective we do have tools to help with CPE processing that I have listed below.

    Cvent's credit feature with the combination of using our onsite check-in app OnArrival helps you achieve this in a very seamless way. 

    You can assign credits at the Event Level and Session Level within your event setup. 

    Then, once the event happens, you can check invitees in using OnArrival (at the event and/or session level depending on your license). This marks attendees as participants in the event, which in turn can automatically award credits based on what an attendee actually goes to to earn credits. 

    Finally, if you would like to generate certificates, you can create a certificate that can popular the total credits earned or even a transcription that breaks out each session and how many credits were earned. 

    Something additional that you can add is an automatic email that sends after an invitee completes a feedback survey, which in turn provides their certificate of completion. 

    It's a really great workflow to make sure everyone earns what they attend, and then they will receive a certificate in award of that.
