Hey all, welcome back to another edition of
the Tip of the Week discussion!
We'd all agree with the saying - 'Feedback is the breakfast of champions'! However, it's important to note that any feedback's effectiveness is incomplete when limited to just its collection from your audience. The real game-changing event technology here would be a solution that provides an easy way of collecting as well as reporting/ generating insights from your feedback. This is where
Cvent Surveys (formerly known as Inquisium) come into play to help you with an easy way of leveraging the best out of your event feedback!
If you want to check out
when to use a Premium survey and a Basic survey, visit this post where we have shared a checklist to keep handy while creating both types of survey products!
Here's what's new and different with Cvent Surveys:
- New surveys are built with a survey designer:
- This feature allows you to drag and drop widgets onto a canvas to build your questionnaire. This easy-to-use model gives planners a clear idea of what the finished product will look like as they build it.
- The wide range of question types-including rating, choice, net promoter, rank order, and more-give you the opportunity to collect varied forms of data.
- In case you're looking to make your surveys more complex, then opt for adding different methods of logic, such as link logic or masking logic. This enables respondents to only see the questions and answer choices that apply to them.
- Get a seamless experience with surveys that are compatible with the entire Cvent Platform:
- You can now share the session attendance and feedback directly with the speakers by using surveys and the Speaker Resource Center.
- Did you know? With the premium surveys license, you no longer have to export reports individually to share with speakers.
- Incorporate surveys directly into the Attendee Hub and Event App. Attendees can respond to surveys during or after the session and provide event feedback right from the Attendee Hub home page.
