Usually we manage that through the capacities set for the registration types, but it looks like there might be two options:
Option 1: In the side menu under General > Registration Types, there's a column for Capacity and a column for Registered beside each Registration Type > Go to the Name column > click on the Registration Type you want to close > click Edit > under Basic Settings, change the Capacity field to a number that's lower than the number in the Registered column for that Registration Type > SAVE
This option works well if you want people to see if a new spot has become available when another attendee cancels.
Option 2: In the side menu under General > Registration Types > Go to the Name column > click on the Registration Type you want to close > click Edit > under Basic Settings, switch Open for Registration option from 'Yes' to 'No' > SAVE
I think this option would work better if you want registration for in-person attendees to stay closed even if some of your registered attendees drop out.

I am hosting a hybrid event. Registration has closed for in person attendees. I would like to keep registration open for virtual attendees. Is there a way to keep registration open for a certain reg. type, but closed for others?
