Unfortunately, the short answer is "no."
I go to the speaker list and copy all the rows and paste them into Excel. For an export of your speaker library, you'll need to enter a case with Cvent, but they are awesome and can export a list for you.
One trick I use: use the speaker's email address as his/her speaker code. There is a character limit of 30 characters, so if you use the LEN formula in excel, you can see if any of your speaker email addresses are longer than 30 characters. Then you can use the LEFT function to just put the first 30 characters of the speaker's email address into a speaker code field and you're off and running!
