Such a different experience! Timelines were blown out of the water and our first event started as a fire drill that turned into a dumpster fire.... oy! Have since learned that contracting and IT testing of platforms and functionality take a LOT longer than I expected.
Pre-recording lectures is a great idea but it takes a lot of time and puts pressure on the presenters to prepare on an advanced timeline...
Having survived the growing pains we are now better prepared but by the time we get really good at it...we hope to be back to live events!
