    I use an Advanced Rule when I don't allow an attendee to choose between certain sessions.

    Do you have a situation where you need an Advanced Rule?

    In my first build I made the mistake of using a lot of Advanced Rules when using a Session Group would have been a better choice.

    Are you just looking for usage examples? We use ours primarily for hotel dates. A lot of times we have different groups of attendees that need to be restricted to coming and going on certain days, but they all fall under the same room type, so under hotel accommodations, we will set it up with the widest range permitted for any group, and then use the advanced rules to lock the other registration types down as needed.
