    I was wondering if anyone has found a good way to add in booth numbers for vendors?
    I don't think seat assign really works for this task, unless someone has found a good way. 

    Example: Company 1 assigned booth 156. Company 2 assigned booth 263, 264, and 265. Etc..

    Currently we're putting booth numbers in the Reference ID label in each company's registration. We have to go in and edit each individual registration to add the numbers. It's tedious. Any thoughts?

    I only have 50 booths, but I am using table/ seat assignment in Cvent just to record where they are for reports, and it works fine for my purpose. Each table has 1 seat. and each table has a number.  If an exhibitor has two booths, I just use the first one as the number and add a note.

    I am also using Social Tables, so I have duplicate work though.

    Hi Chelsea,
    If this is for internal/reporting purposes only, I utilize an Internal Field to capture this information.
    It is a quick/easy way to pull this information, with only minimal extra steps to add into the Event.

    Try creating a "Booth Number" custom contact field. This way you can bulk upload the booth numbers as an import. And you'll be able to use the custom data tag in your communications.
